If you’re into action role-playing games with spectacular graphics, Black Myth: Wukong should be on the top of your list of games to try. It’s an upcoming Chinese mythology game with 4k gameplay! And if that isn’t enough to reel you in, the game also features a monkey as a lead! A monkey fighting enemies and killing monsters? You can’t miss out on that!
Black Myth: Wukong is powered by Unreal Engine 5 and will give players the ultimate definitive experience. It is based on the Monkey King mythology and Journey to The West, a 16th Century novel. The game puts the Monkey King in the lead and gives him spectacular abilities, including the power to transform into giant monsters and flying insects. All in all, the game is expected to offer players the smoothest gameplay along with picturesque graphics.
The producers have revealed two trailers for the upcoming RNG in August 2022, including an 8-minute gameplay trailer and a 6 Minute Cutscene one. You can read all about them down below.
Black Myth: Wukong Gameplay Trailer
The new Black Myth: Wukong Gameplay trailer was quick to blow a fan’s mind away with its impressive theme and graphics. It highlights a boss fight with a flightless dragon of sorts that has the power of channelling electricity. The player, i.e. the monkey, makes use of mostly melee combat mechanics during the fight. However, it also has some magical powers, including the power of temporarily paralyzing the dragon. Moreover, the trailer also features glimpses of a beautiful forest, a mini-boss fight, hidden items and collectibles. All in all, it has successfully managed to tease our appetite for the game, and we are more excited than ever for its debut.

The Cutscene Trailer
The gameplay trailer is accompanied by a six-minute long cutscene trailer. It features four daughters talking about their mother’s wedding. It introduces several unfamiliar characters.
From the looks of it, Black Myth: Wukong may be more story-oriented than we anticipate. Thus, if you are someone who loves games that are heavily influenced by their storyline, then this is one game you should save on your wish-list.
